A site visit will be made reviewing the areas that we are responsible for. Kirsty our Cleaning Supervisor meets regularly with Ben our Service Manager to discuss audits that are in progress, audits that are pending and completed audits. They gather all the information and then they can identify any areas of concern and ensure that cleaning supplies, equipment, health, and safety documentation are all in place. If an action plan is needed this is, then put in place. The audits allow us to constantly keep updated on any COSHH or Health and Safety issues and change the Risk Assessment if needed. It also helps us to keep track of our companies E learning with our staff as all this is checked to make sure everything is up to date.
